Our
Mission
To provide quality affordable housing for low and moderate income persons
and help revitalize neighborhoods.
|
City
of Lansing in partnership with the Greater Lansing Housing
Coalition (GLHC) provides programs that allow low and moderate
income households to buy their own home.
The City provides funding and technical assistance in support
of the Rehabilitation Purchase Program. It helps GLHC acquire
vacant residential structures that are rehabilitated and sold
to income eligible families.
For information on the Program or the availability of renovated
homes available for sale call GLHC at (517) 5980.
